Terms of Service

Last updated 6 November 2026

Lunarcia (lunarcia.net) is a project operated by Furimoe Co., Ltd. (company registration no. 0665569000776), 36/4 Chuchoet Nan Road, Bang Mun Nak Subdistrict, Bang Mun Nak District, Phichit 66120, Thailand ("the Company", "we"). By registering, signing in, or taking part in Lunarcia you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

  • Lunarcia is a gathering of roleplay projects on Minecraft Java Edition. This website handles project registration, member management, and player verification before the event.
  • We may change the format, date, or theme of the event, or stop parts of the service, and will give reasonable notice on this website.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You need a Microsoft account that legitimately owns Minecraft Java Edition, and you may only sign in with your own account.
  • If you are under 20, you should have a parent or guardian's consent before using the service.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else used it, sign out everywhere and tell the team.

3. Project registration

  • Project owners must give accurate information and be entitled to represent their project.
  • The team approves or rejects projects at its discretion and may change a project's status if the project breaks these terms.
  • Owners and staff of a project look after its invite link, screen members, and make sure members follow these terms.
  • Registration is open until the date shown on the website. After that we accept no new projects, but players can still join approved projects.

4. Conduct

  • No harassment, threats, hate, or bullying, whether in game or in any event channel.
  • No cheats, bots, or exploits used to gain an advantage or disrupt the server.
  • No impersonating other people, other projects, or the team.
  • No illegal or sexually explicit content, and no sharing other people's personal data without permission.
  • The team may warn, remove from a project, suspend from the event, or close accounts depending on how serious the conduct is.
  • Everyone taking part follows the event rules and code of conduct (lunarcia.net/en/rules), which form part of these terms.

4.1 Discord and account linking

  • The Lunarcia Discord server is the event's official space, and the same rules apply there.
  • By linking Discord with the website you allow the Lunarcia bot to add you to the server and give or remove roles based on your website status. You can unlink at any time on your profile page.
  • Project role names, colours, and icons must be appropriate. The team may change or remove them if they are not.
  • The nickname you set on the website becomes your name in the Discord server, and a nickname changed in Discord updates on the website. Nicknames must be polite and must not impersonate others. The team may change or remove unsuitable ones.
  • The roles you pick when joining the server (notifications, play style, gender) are optional. Discord handles them, and you can change or remove them at any time.

4.2 Duties of project owners and admins

  • Make sure members understand the rules, handle join requests fairly, and work with the team when problems come up.
  • Owners can transfer ownership and are responsible for what the project submits, such as its name, description, images, and social links.

4.3 Recording and streaming

You may record or stream the event, but respect players who do not want to appear, and never edit footage to harm others.

5. Your content

  • Project details, names, descriptions, and images you send us remain yours.
  • You allow the Company to display, reproduce, and publish them, including event screenshots that show your characters or builds, to run and promote Lunarcia, free of charge.
  • If you want an image taken down, tell the team and we will remove it from the website where reasonable.

6. Minecraft and trademarks

  • Lunarcia is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.
  • Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Use of Minecraft is subject to the Minecraft EULA and Mojang's usage guidelines.

7. Ending use

  • You can leave a project or withdraw a registration at any time from the manage page, and ask for your account to be deleted under the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.
  • To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of in-game data, or harm caused by other users.

9. Changes and governing law

  • We may update these terms and will show the new effective date on this page. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
